Mushroom Medicine Making

Not sure about you, but we have been noticing a lot more sickness than usual floating around this winter and wanted to offer up a dual extraction mushroom tincture class to help you round out your immuno-allyship for the season!

We (Cathryn and Sydney!) will be taking folks through the whole process of making a dual extracted multi-mushroom tincture, discussing the different medicinal constituents, applications, history, and more! All of the species we will be using are appropriate to ingest consistently, making this a medicinal tonic that is safe to use over time.

There will be a potluck so please bring some food to share.

Sydney and Cathryn are both passionate and longtime gatherers of wild food and medicine. They have also served on the board of directors for the Western Montana Mycological Association for the last five years, planning events, teaching a wide variety of mushroom classes and keeping the fungal community engaged and connected. They both have experience in herbal medicine and agriculture, and a deep love of this land and all the plants living in their midst.
